This beautifully decorated home is located in the desirable neighborhood of Hadley where you're surrounded by golf courses and recreation centers. Hadley is conveniently located between the Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Town Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Odell Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards rooms, and much more.

You'll feel right at home the minute you open the front door. This home is beautifully decorated with warm, soft colors with an airy open feeling & floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals and an open center island for more counter space. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable full size bed and twin size bed for your guests to feel at home. The den/office has a desk to set up your lap top computer along with a comfortable sofa that pulls out to a spare bed if you need a little extra sleeping space for a night or two and a flat screen TV. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and offers a serene & private setting. The expanded lanai and pool deck lead you to the beautiful pool with built in waterfall. Stone pavers lead the way to an oasis in your own back yard where you will find a bistro table set, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities. If a day poolside is in store for you relax on the chaise lounges or catch some shade at the patio table under the umbrella. It's also a great place to sit and relax with friends while grilling up dinner on the Gas BBQ Grill.

This home comes complete and includes BBQ & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoying the lifestyle.

  The property was immaculate, well-stocked with everything one might need - from coffee maker, pots & pans, blender, basic seasonings, a great master bedroom mattress, lounge chairs, patio table with umbrella, plenty of clean towels, and pretty much anything one might require for a relaxing getaway. The pool was heavenly and we enjoyed barbquing on the outdoor grill. The one glitch occured when the patio door latch dropped and locked us out. Despite being an early Saturday morning, the manager was pleasant and extremely responsive, arriving within an hour to resolve the problem. It was an exceptional experience in every respect and I'd recommend the property and management company to anyone seeking a vacation rental in The Villages.

  Everything one needs for a great getaway. Immaculate home, well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, washer & dryer, and a fabulous outdoor setting with pool, chaises, and patio table with umbrella. Only issue is getting back our security deposit in a timely fashion. Holding it for 2 weeks after our st as y seems excessive.

  Perfect home for our needs. Centrally located, 5-10 minute drive to all 3 town squares, entertainment and restaurants. Family loved the pool for Easter weekend visit. Will definitely rent this home again

  Very nice house - nice pool- great location near pools and rec centres. Rented golf carts and had fun in the town squares and took in a polo match. Just a really relaxing nice time with family .The house was so clean it looked brand new - all windows and chrome fixtures were as bright and clear as the Florida sunshine. Will rent again - 3rd time renting this was one of the best!

  House was everything we expected but could do with a Kettle for the kitchen, a Hairdryer for the ladies and a second set of bed sheets so we could change them after the first week.
  Only disappointment was tha the BBQ was absolutely disgusting and had not been cleaned for a long time. Also having spent 40 minutes cleaning it myself the gas ran out just as we started to cook Other than those small points it was a good holiday

  Upon arrival the staff was extremely professional and friendly. We had an issue with our BBQ on a Saturday and they were there within 1/2 hour and had it fixed for grilling hour.

  The house was very nice .The pool wasn’t very warm when we first got there .A neighbour showed us how to make it warmer, it should have been ready for use right away . I re quested the pool for my grandson and he was very disappointed that it wasn’t warm enough to go in. Other than that it was very nice.
