  This property is perfect for a visit to The Villages. The location is perfectly situated and convenient to everything the villages has to offer. The provided golf cart is awesome for anything and anywhere you need to go. The property is clean and ideal for a family or a few couples. We loved our stay in the villages.

  Very well-maintained villa. We enjoyed our stay. Due to issues beyond our control, we were not able to be in the Villa we originally had rented. The replacement rental was 25 minutes south of where all our friends were that we rented with. So that was very frustrating and after numerous phone calls and replacement's locations we were able get the 934 Nuthatch location. The Villa was very nice but not the location we had originally rented and made for lots of travel by golf cart and vehicle.

  We rented the house while we looked for a home to purchase in The Villages. The location was perfect, the home was setup nicely and the included golf cart was the cherry on top. DHP responded quickly to any issues we encountered. I would definitely recommend the property and rental company.
