You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating for entertaining friends & family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 4K flat screen TV that is Skype enabled. With the high speed wireless internet extra cable channels are available as well as Netflix and Hulu plus as well as a Roku that is ready to activate. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a flat screen TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower and his & her sinks. The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a day bed and trundle that can be pushed together to make another king bed or left apart as 2 twin beds. The spacious guest bathroom has a shower & tub combo and have extra towels and linens. The screened in lanai is where you will spend most of your time. You will find a patio table with seating for 4 as well as 4 comfortable cushioned chairs making the perfect place for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. If you don't feel like laying pool side at a recreation center you can enjoy a dip in your own private pool. The landscaping offers privacy from the neighbors and a view of the water across the way. This is the perfect home for a fun get away!

This home comes complete with a private pool & WiFi. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  This home was wonderful for our get away with our mom. We did have an issue with the air not working but the next day the management came out and found out that the compressor went out. They got someone out right away to fix it and we were happy about that. The house was spotless and even had 2 coffee makers( drip and a kerig) The drive to one of the squares was 21/2 miles and the other squares were abit farther away. Every night live music starting at 5:00 and restaurants were very good. Went to a Polo match, a lot of fun. Visited Silver Springs which was really cool on the glass bottom boats. Katie Belles restaurant in Spanish springs was excellent. Had a good time.

  This property is in excellent condition and I would definitely rent here again. Grocery, golf courses, community centers are all very close, and the location is equidistant to the Brownwood and Sumter Landing town squares. The only thing missing was an included golf cart rental (especially for the price we paid for the rental). They did have a note on a cart in the garage with a number to call in case we wanted to rent from the home owners, but we didn't know that ahead of time. Last, this property was a little more expensive than most, but we're assuming it's because of the pool which was wonderful, even in November. Thanks to the Down Home Property Management folks - they were very easy to work with.

  We loved everything about this home. We often stay in rental homes when we vacation. We are always searching for homes that have as many of the same amenities as our own home. This place is the closest we have ever come to feeling like our own home and we are definitely looking forward to renting it again next year
