This beautiful home is located in the desirable neighborhood of Woodbury where you're minutes by golf cart to shopping, restaurants, recreation & golfing.  You’re a short golf cart ride to the Springdale Recreation Center where you’ll find an adult only swimming pool.  Chatham Square Recreation Center is a 5 minute golf cart ride away where you’ll find a family friendly swimming pools, billiards room, shuffleboard courts, bocce ball, horseshoe pits, card rooms, tennis courts, pickleball courts and so much more!  The Mulberry Grove Regional Recreation Center is just minutes away where you will find more card rooms, a craft room and exercise facilities. If you feel like getting out for a morning walk the Fitness Trail starts just down the street and gives a scenic view of the Nancy Lopez Legacy Golf Course. The polo field and softball complex are also a 10 minute golf cart ride away.  If it’s shopping or restaurants you’re looking for, you can hop into the golf cart & be at the Mulberry Grove Shopping Center where you’ll find Publix, Walgreens, Bealls Outlet Store, Beef O'Brady's & so much more!  For the golf enthusiast Nancy Lopez Legacy Country Club is a short 5 minute golf cart ride away.  You also have a number of the FREE executive golf courses close by such as Briarwood and Walnut Grove Golf Course.  For nightly entertainment you’re a short 15-20 minute golf cart ride away from Lake Sumter Landing Market Square or Spanish Springs Town Square where you’ll find many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, movie theater and FREE live entertainment nightly.

Pack up your laptop computer or Ipad to stay in touch with your friends & family back home.  Don't forget to send pictures of the beautiful Florida sunshine!  The screened lanai is off the living room and offers a table and 4 chairs this makes the lanai a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and read the newspaper or watch the golfers.  It’s also perfect for having a few new friends over for a BBQ on the gas grill or pre-dinner drinks before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing's Market Square or Spanish Spring's Town Square to dance the night away or just sit back & enjoy the FREE Live entertainment nightly.

This home comes complete and includes a 4 passenger golf cart, Gas BBQ Grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.  This home is made for fun!     Property with great view of golf courses and pond in back and is very quiet.
    Slightly dated house with way too much personal artifacts. Good access to local pool and the Villages golf courses. Electric cart worked fine but has limited range. A/C and Heat worked fine as well as Internet & TV. Strange odor in house upon arrival and after it is closed up for a couple of hours. House was adequate but kitchen needs new pots & pans and silverware. (there must be 3 partial sets in the drawers). Master shower was moldy and shower head needs replacement. Couch in den has to be from the 90's. Sheets & mattress did not fit bed frames correctly.
    Saving grace is that you are IN the Villages, and you can golf as much as you want.

    This property is located in the Mulbeery Area of the Villages. Mature trees laden with Spanish Moss right off the screened in porch. Peaceful and well supplied. With the golf cart it is an short trip to 4 Executive courses plus Nancy Lopez Championship course and restaurant.

    Very good except the furnished car. The cart broke down quite some distance from home the 3rd day we were there. We did receive a replacement cart. It was a junker to say the best. It would hardly get two adults around the golf course, died on the way to the golf course n smelled like exhaust fumes. Plus I hade to but gas and rent a car to play golf.
