And minutes by golf cart to Bradenton Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Bonifay Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more activities...you're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to Colony Cottage Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basket ball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 60' HD flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with 2 comfortable chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. This beautiful home is located on a beautiful corner lot giving you a little more privacy on the patio and little passing traffic. The landscaping is amazing and gives the patio a park like setting.

This home comes complete and a Golf Cart, BBQ Grill & WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

  Way too many personal items of owner in rental. Difficult to find room for the things we brought. Cabinets in kitchen had little room for anything we brought or even groceries. Layout was comfortable. Kitchen smaller than we prefer. Problems were handled well by management company. WIFI would periodically fail but I was shown how to reboot. The rental was in a good location. Garage hard to use with large storage cabinets lining one side. We would not rent this property again.

  The location of this rental was perfect. Neighbors are wonderful and we enjoyed the Block Party. We have now purchased a home in Monarch Grove and plan on attending the Block Parties here. Rental was clean and comfortable. Trees need trimmed on the outside. We were very satisfied with our accomadations.

  We truly enjoyed the property at 3432 Newcastle Ave, The Villages, FL. It met all of our expectations and we would of loved to have stayed there again. However, we did have some disappointment with Down Home Property's involvement in trying to locate another rental for next year.
