This beautiful home is situated in the southern end of the community, your location is ideal for enjoying all the activities in Brownwood Paddock Square, the newest of the three town centers. A short golf cart ride puts you in the heart of FREE nightly entertainment, restaurants, movies and shopping.  Evans Prairie Country Club with championship golf, pro shop and restaurant is only minutes away by golf cart, as is the Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center offering organized activities such as arts and crafts rooms, tennis & pickle ball courts, billiards rooms, card/board game rooms, fitness pool and a fitness room. You are about 5 minute golf cart ride to the neighborhood pool and recreation center offering bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. OF course golf is everywhere with 30+ executive (par 3 & 4) courses and 12 championship golf courses.

After enjoying all these activities you will come home to a warm and inviting villa to relax in a tasteful decor equipped with amenities to enjoy during your vacation. There is a gas BBQ for grilling if the mood strikes. Stay connected via WiFi to your family & friends. In the living room you will find a 48" flat screen TV for you to enjoy watching all your favorite shows and movies. You will also find a DVD player if you want to stay in and rent a movie.  The master bedroom is set up with a comfortable king size bed, 32" flat screen TV, large walk in closet, private master bath with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and 32" flat screen TV for your guests to enjoy. Each bedroom and bathroom comes with extra towels and linens, you will even find a couple of pool towels so no need to bring your own. The kitchen is equipped for making your own meals at home but you might want to explore some of the 85 restaurants found all over the community. The screen lanai is great for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail before heading off to the town center.

This Pet Friendly home comes complete with WiFi internet, golf cart and BBQ grill. With the purchase of 2 resident ID cards for $50 you will be able to enjoy resident rates on the golf courses, free golf on the executive golf courses, access to the swimming pools, recreation centers and all the fun you can handle! Pack your bags and we will supply the 'key' to your enjoyment!

  Property was fine with the following exceptions.
  WiFi didn't work and equipment had to be replaced.
  Golf Cart leaks gasoline. Had to be parked outside due to fumes, never repaired.
  Grill, old and rusted. Not useable.
  Patio furniture uncomfortable.

  We stayed at the villa this past Dec & Jan. It is very clean, nicely decorated, great location, nice grill and love the golf cart. We wanted to rent again but owners needed the Villa. Good place to stay close to Brownwood and Eisenhower

  Very nice home. Had every thing we needed. We would like to thank the owner for allowing us to rent their home! Altho the weather was not the best, and we did not use the pool or golf cart much, there were two pools very close to us, and shopping 3 miles in any direction. Thank You

  Down Home Property Management is now a part of our family, Kim, Jessica and the rest of the crew are a fantastic group of professionals that pay close attention to detail and your personal needs. After we stop traveling across the United States, we decided to move permanently to Florida and they found a beautiful home for us. The house is perfectly stocked and furnished for your needs; but most importantly DHPM hospitality was outstanding.
