  We rented this home to be near my sister who was ill and needed help. She lives in the Villages. The house was wonderful! It was extremely clean, well furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, utensils and dishes. The beds were comfortable, and we had plenty of linens and towels for the 2 spotless bathrooms. We had minor issues, which we made Down Home Properties aware of, and they addressed them immediately. I would highly recommend this house. The neighbors were welcoming, and courteous.

  House is located close to restaurants, golf courses, a walking trail and other recreation facilities. No carpet which is a plus for allergy sufferers. Kitchen very well equipped. Would recommend for a comfortable, leisurely stay.

  Our house in The Villages was in a prime location in Springdale. We were close to the pool and Mulberry regional rec center where we enjoyed pickleball, shuffleboard, and bocci!!! Go down Buena Vista and you are only minutes away from Lake Sumter and Spanish Springs. House was very clean and family friendly. It included everything you need for an extended stay.
