Here you'll find a sports pool and many organized activity rooms. The famous Arnold Palmer Country Club is about a half of a mile and offers Championship golf, pro shop and a very popular country club restaurant.

The lanai is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing Market Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment. And if you're looking for a quiet place to sit and read the courtyard villa is perfect...you have privacy walls to give you the feeling of being in your own private world. 

This home comes complete with gas golf cart, 2 bikes & WiFi internet.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
