You're about a 10 minute drive to Grand Traverse Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, restaurants and more. And minutes to Manatee Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Evans Prairie Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more  about a 5 minute ride to Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basket ball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed & flat screen TV for your guests. The den has a desk to set up your laptop computer and 2 comfortable chairs perfect for reading your favorite book or watching your favorite shows on the flat screen TV.  The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities before heading out to the square for FREE nightly entertainment.

This pet friendly home comes complete and includes a Golf Cart, 2 bicycles & WiFi internet connection.  With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We didn’t know what to expect,but the home felt like home. Furniture was comfortable to sit in and the beds were also comfy. Nicely decorated and impeccably maintained. It came with both a golf cart and bikes. It had a really nice screened patio with lots of privacy. Only downfall was that my corvette barely fit in the garage with the golf cart. It was cat friendly, which was a plus.
