  This house was perfect for our needs; close to family, very clean, nice golf cart to get us around and it had lots of extra things you may need. The kitchen is fully stocked if you plan to cook. We would rent again. The only issue we saw was there were worms (alive and dead throughout the home on the floor). One BIG bug also dead on the floor. The home needs to be sprayed outside.

  Lovely home, welcoming, well stocked including kuerig, crockpot, and electric water kettle. My husband especially appreciated the common sense things like light switch labels indicating what they operated and the detailed TV instructions and troubleshooting notes. A nice bonus was the golf cart. (Wish we could have used it more...it was the coldest January in 20+ years!)
  The management company was very responsive to any questions/minor issues we had.
  A few possibilities to consider adding:
  -a regular toaster (in addition to the toaster oven). Glad we brought one from home to use
  -a few more large mugs, medium plates, small spoons
  -a long, full length mirror
  -some type of protectors on the upper back of the two chairs by the small table in the kitchen to help prevent damage to the wall and cabinet (we wrapped and taped a few layers of paper towel around them)

  Home was clean and in perfect shape as always. There was, however, a couple of items that might be worth mentioning. 1) the ceiling fan in master bedroom would not start under its own power without being assisted by hand. 2) looked as though some kind of hose was hanging down underneath the golf cart. These are not complaints, just making you aware. Great stay as usual.

  This house was layed out nice and equipped very well. Take a look around at the menu book for local restaurants and open the kitchen cupboards to see all the spices and utensils. Great location in the center of The Villages. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Forgot to mention it is Very clean! We had a problem with a light flashing and the management company was right out to replace it.

  This home had everything. Some homes we've rented haven't even provided a hair dryer but this owner provided two hair dryers. When they say the kitchen was completely stocked, they mean it. This home had everything. The only thing that I would have liked was the carpets were ready to be cleaned.

  The home was in perfect condition as it has been several times in the past. Location puts us within easy driving ( provided cart) distance of town squares dining and golf courses. I would definitely rent this property again. The only irritant was that the wifi password listed in the packet that came with house, was incorrect and took several days to determine that the router had correct password. All in all an excellent stay.

  Our experience was good! Three couples rented together and found the amenities and location very acceptable. We would suggest having TV's in more bedrooms. Filter in fridge could have been changed, water not too tasty. Coffee pot had hissy fits on occasion, but backup Kuerig was helpful. Lanai could have used screens certain times of the day. House was clean and easy to live in, and the owner was extremely attentive when we had difficulty with the wifi.

  The house is in excellent condition. Furniture is comfortable and spotless. The owners have provided everything one would need and then some. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Plenty of closet space and drawers in the bedrooms. Our only complaints are the lanai is not private at all; it's like sitting on the lawn and the electric grill is slow and loses heat quickly.

  Overall, this is an excellent home in a very good location, especially if you are interested in playing golf. It also includes the use of a golf cart, which I used a lot, both to play golf and to just generally tour The Villages.
  My only issue is that the two car, plus golf cart garage is actually a one car garage, with golf cart garage because a van is stored in one of the car locations.

  We have been visiting The Villages for 15 years since my in-laws retired here. We enjoy the south end of The Villages and have rented two different homes in the past four years. This home is nicely appointed and quite spacious. We do play a lot of golf when here, so the cart is a must. It is a very good Yamaha. Would likely rent this home again.
