  This home is beautiful and so clean. It is spacious and open, lots of storage space, plus the kitchen has just everything you could possibly need, as do the bathrooms & utility room. Beautiful quiet location,close to two pools, good area to ride your bike as well. Down Home Property were very attentive and you can tell that the owners love their home and have updated pretty much all of the house. Highly recommend renting here. Very quiet at night, even on a major street in back, and Tamarindo is not a through street. We were there for 3 months and had no problems or issues. You won't be sorry if you rent this home.
