  Very pleased with our stay. Clean home with new flooring. Electric golf cart had some issues but staff helped with that. Charging gauge wasn't accurate so was always a little leery of running out of power. Kitchen was well outfitted but lacked any staples, like s&p, aluminum foil, etc. Good location.

  The house was clean and comfortable. It came with a golf cart which we enjoyed using. The property was in a good location. There was a big tree in the front yard that constantly shed it's leaves. The driveway and sidewalk was always had leaves and debris. It required some maintenance.

  We enjoyed our stay with a couple of notes. our only real complaint was the comfort of the couches and the beds. The couches seemed newer but were not comfortable to sit on the only comfortable place to sit was kitchen table. The bed was just bad need new mattress my guess they are original to the home 20 years ago. It was pleasant stay good location and a fairly new golf cart along with nice grill. Except for the comfort factor would give it a 5 star with comfort a 4.

  The house had new flooring, The smoke detectors needed new batteries. The golf cart needed water and the rear end needed to be secured so that it wouldn't slide off.

  The owner of the property needs to pay more attention to it. The golf cart did not work for the first couple of days until the batteries were replaced. We encountered a problem with ants inside the home which we lived with for over half our stay. The property management people were very helpful and did everything they could to rectify the problem.

  When rented property, told Down Home that the only requirement was that I had to have wifi. Wifi would not connect when arrived on Saturday evening. Called office and no answer. Called on Monday morning. Some one came by and looked and promised a call back. Received no call. Called again Tuesday morning and was told would check on and call me back. When we left the following Saturday had never received a call. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay, but will only return if we can rent through another company.
