The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community. You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 5 minute drive to Colony Plaza Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, Bealls Outlet, restaurants and more. And minutes to Big Cypress Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Evans Prairie Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And if you're looking for more activities...you're about a 5 minute ride to Sea Breeze Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basket ball courts, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if you're entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a patio table and 4 chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities here in The Villages before heading out to the square for nightly entertainment.

This home comes complete and includes Gas Golf Cart & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Location was very good. Home comfortable. Some cleanliness issues. We found grill filthy and had to clean it before use. Golf cart did not have attachment for golf clubs. Made preparing for a golf outing very inconvenient. Need that attachment for golfing. Bed in master bedroom too low to comfortably make bed. Some issues were addressed by management, others we took care of ourselves. Not sure about returning. Recommend to non golfers.

  Rental was clean and comfortable. Good location. Happy to see new flooring in living areas. Golf cart provided was very nice but was not outfitted for carrying golf clubs. We golf so needed to figure out some way to attach our clubs. Made it more inconvenient taking clubs off and then putting back on. Need to have a club attachment added. Otherwise, we enjoyed out stay in the Villages at this rental property.
