This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom home is located in one of the original neighborhoods. This area offers mature landscaping and large Live Oak trees for shade. Country Club Hills is conveniently located near Spanish Springs Town Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community. You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! You're about a 5 minute ride to La Plaza Grande Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens, banking, restaurants and more. You are also minutes by golf cart to Silver Lake Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickle-ball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits, and Orange Blossom Hills Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant. And if you're looking for more activities..you're about a 3 minute ride to Paradise Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, tennis & pickle ball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with a large screened in front porch. Here you will find comfortable chairs and ottomans to kick up your feet as well as a sofa if you want to just relax in the warm sun or read the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities here in the Villages. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. (If you choose not to cook...there are so many wonderful restaurants to try just minutes from home) The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable Tempurpedic queen size bed, large closet, TV, and a private master bath with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable Tempurpedic queen size bed for your guests to feel at home.

This home comes complete with WiFi Internet, GAS GOLF CART, BBQ. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Overall our stay was very good with the exception of the golf cart. It was not safe to drive....we ended up renting one for the month ($400)! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen very well stocked. We did have some maintenance issues that did not get resolved during our stay. Carpet needs a good cleaning.

  Our stay here met all our needs and expectations in a very convenient location. We would definitely stay at this rental in the future. The kitchen had everything! The best equipped kitchen yet out of years of using short term rentals for our travels!
  The only thing missing was a rolling pin!!
  Unfortunately, we were unable to use the golf cart. It rained a lot during our stay. Our only problem was the inconvenience of having to return the keys back to Down Home with no advance warning at time of rental. Their location was out of the way for our plans. Since all the keys were waiting for us at check-in, we should have been able to do the same for check-out.
