  We rented this house for 30 days. Overall, house was clean, but multiple BAD STAINS on carpet as you enter the house. Coffee pot and toaster were too filthy/nasty to use so we bought some cheap ones to use. No place to put clothes in second bedroom. The bedspread in the master bedroom had stains on backside. The carpet needs to go - stained and bunched up in places. Refrigerator leaked, but management sent someone the second week. No coat hangers - had to buy some. Down Home Properties advertisement for this house needs updating as it is no longer a valid description of this place. This house is in DIRE NEED of an update. Location is great.

  Thanks for cleaning spots in front carpet from previous years. Think rug is about past it from stretching out....may become a tripping hazard...might update pans as well because Teflon type coating is older.
  We love this neighborhood and it’s location. Dog friendly! Could use a functioning grill...

  Great location to everything. Not much parking available and difficult to get in and out of garage--not a major problem. Management company difficult to deal with. Only a couple of hangers in unit. Called management company and they said they would take care of getting us some, a week later they arrived but we had already gotten our own. Iron had to be replaced and kitchen knives need replaced or sharpened. Master bedroom bed spread needs cleaned or general everything else was good.

  Nice neighborhood and friendly also. Liked being near the pool and rec center. Liked the yard for our dog! Roomy house and garage. The beds need upgrarding,needed more every day silverware,plus we had to purchase pots and pans cause theirs we're wore out with Teflon specks in our food. The clothes washer was defective, service came to fix but never returned with the item it needed. The management was quick in responding to our needs!
