This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom dog friendly home is conveniently located in the Village of Fernandina. Fernandina is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Manatee Recreation Center is a short golf ride away. Here you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, horseshoe pits, and much more.

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals (If you choose not to cook...there are so many wonderful restaurants to try) or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guests to relax & enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to the Brownwood Paddock Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.

This home comes complete and includes gas golf cart & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  The location is perfect and the T.V. stations also. We could watch golf, soccer World Cup and more. But we do not like all these ads in middle of programs. We used the golf cart and the swimming pool in the nighborhodd which was very nice.

  This home is in a great cental location. 10 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood Paddock Square. All the neighbors were welcoming and very friendly. The home was spacious for 2 people and Down Home was quick to respond to any minor issues we had.
