This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 Bathroom villa is located in one of the most sought out neighborhoods. St. James is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing Market Square and Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community. You'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and FREE live entertainment nightly! You're about a 15 minute golf cart ride to Colony Plaza Shopping Center where you'll find Publix for grocery needs, Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, many clothing shops, restaurants and more. You are only minutes by golf cart to St James Neighborhood Recreation Center where you will find an adult only (30 and up) swimming pool. You are only minutes on your golf cart to the Sterling Heights Recreation Center if your looking for more activities such as a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. When you are ready to do some golfing head on over to Evans Prairie Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner. If you're looking for more activities...you're about a 5 minute golf cart ride to SeaBreeze Regional Recreation Center where you'll find many organized activities, arts & crafts room, sport swimming pool, basketball courts, tennis & pickleball courts and so much more. 

You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. (If you choose not to cook...there are so many wonderful restaurants to try) The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a TV for your enjoyment, large walk in closet, and a private master bath. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. 

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We did have a few problems but they were taken care of.
  I was not happy to find a cockroch but they sprayed. The garage door kept going up they fixed that twice and it still went up on its own. The bathroom drain was also plugged.

  We had a wonderful winter at 2035peaceful place and we are renting it again for the winter of 2020.
  The home is lovely and I imagine it was beautiful when new.
  It could us a little TLC. Rugs are stained, bedding needs to be cleaned and furniture has a few Damages.
  Golf cart could us refurbishing definitely new tires.
