  This is a great property, and I will rent again when I return for my next visit to The Villages. My only issue, I would love to see the carpet replaced as it is very worn in the living room. This makes a bad impression of an otherwise lovely decorated home. I rented for a month and had everything I needed for my stay. The golf cart was a great added benefit! Shopping, activities, restaurants all just a short golf cart ride away.
  Down Home Properties was great to work with as they are friendly and efficient. I had only one issue and they immediately took care of it.

  I had a great time staying at this property. It is conveniently located to all the stores and restaurants in the area. The house was very well stocked in the kitchen and linens. I absolutely loved having the golf cart to get around in. I would definitely stay here again.

  Perfect location and everything you could hope for in a rental! Spacious, airy % bright, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and furnushings, well appointed and spotless!   I described the house on my other review so now I will rave on the location. This home is located in a picturesque neighborhood. The use of bicycles were included in our stay so we rode around the neighborhood and took very beautiful pictures. The neighbors were friendly and wave at us from their golf carts. All stores like Publix, Walmart, Sams, different banks and restaurants where all within 2 miles from this house. Very convenient location. The management went above and beyond to assist us in locating my husband's ring that was accidently left in the property. The garage are a huge plus especially during rainy afternoons. The landscaping is well maintained and very beautiful. Please don't hesitate to book this house, you will not regret it!

  Absolutely love this home!!! We have been to many rental homes and this is on top of the list. It was only my husband and I and this place has a lot of space. The turquoise/beach decorations are pleasing to look at. The furniture are high quality. The beds are very big and comfortable. The house is stocked with everything we need, utensils, pots and pans, towels, sheets, even puzzles and books. They even left the mandolin and exercise equipment. Everything we need was provided. We love it so much that we extended our stay for another month. The management company were professional, easy to work with and responded very quickly. Communication was a breeze.

  From the moment we pulled in the driveway this rental was charming and well maintained. The inside was clean, bright, modern and very tastefully decorated. There were all the things that one may need, toaster, coffee maker etc. The home has a big screen TV, comfortable furniture and a wonderful patio outside with table and chairs facing the golf course, just lovely! The location was fantastic, walking distance to the pool and restaurant at Orange Blossom. The rental had an electric Golf Cart and nice washer and dryer as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Down Home Properties supplied us with everything we needed to know in the downloadable app. It was fantastic to have all that information to keep referring back to upon arrival and departure. The app also gave suggestions for local entertainment and restaurants. It couldn't have been a better experience! We will definitely be repeat renters.
