This beautiful home is situated in the southern end of the community, your location is ideal for enjoying all the activities in Brownwood Paddock Square, the newest of the three town centers. A short golf cart ride puts you in the heart of FREE nightly entertainment, restaurants, movies and shopping.  Evans Prairie Country Club with championship golf, pro shop and restaurant is only minutes away by golf cart, as is the Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center offering organized activities such as arts and crafts rooms, tennis & pickle ball courts, billiards rooms, card/board game rooms, fitness pool and a fitness room. You are about 5 minute golf cart ride to the neighborhood pool and recreation center offering bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. Of course golf is everywhere with 30+ executive (par 3 & 4) courses and 12 championship golf courses.

After enjoying all these activities you will come home to a warm and inviting home to relax in and enjoy during your vacation.  Stay connected via WiFi to your family & friends. In the living room you will find a flat screen TV for you to enjoy watching all your favorite shows and movies.  The master bedroom is set up with a comfortable king size bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, private master bath with a walk-in shower and his & her sinks. The guest bedrooms are furnished each with a queen size bed for your guests to feel at home. Each bedroom and bathroom comes with extra towels and linens, you will even find a couple of pool towels so no need to bring your own. The kitchen is equipped for making your own meals at home but you might want to explore some of the 85+ restaurants found all over the community. The screen lanai is great for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail before heading off to the town center. You will enjoy sitting out here and relaxing on the comfortable love seat and chairs.

  The grounds and landscaping were nicely manicured and maintained. The interior was furnished tastefully. Comfortable furniture and beds. Large modern kitchen with stainless appliances. Lots of kitchen and cooking supplies provided, even cleaning supplies and laundry detergent; lots of fluffy towels, extra bedsheets.Three bedrooms and 2 baths provided plenty of room plus there was a small furnished and screened-in lanai with a ceiling fan. TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Two walk in closets of the master provided plenty of storage and clothing space. We had a very pleasant experience and will gone back again. 3744 Nature Lane felt like home to us more then anyplace we’ve ever stayed. One thing that was missing was a barbecue grill. That would have made it perfect.
