You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends & family or sitting back watching your favorite shows on the 40" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a large walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel right at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screen enclosed lanai has comfortable seating to enjoy a relaxing afternoon or enjoy dinner outside in your private courtyard!

This home comes complete with 2 Golf Carts, bikes, BBQ Grill & WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  We stayed for the month of March and found the location to be excellent, with easy access to two major squares, dining and shopping. We strongly prefer the northern portion of the Villages for the finished look of landscaping and large trees. While the property lot is tiny, we loved the privacy of the walled in courtyard and birdcage, and never heard or saw our immediate neighbors even though we knew they were home.
  
  The quirky part was finding so much of the owners clothing and personal items in the closets, garage and even dresser drawers. It was as if they just crammed their belongings where they could and just took off.
  
  Having the two golf carts was great, even though we only had use for one. It did leave me stranded on a golf course 3 times over the month, but I managed to get it running again by push starting it. We also had an initial problem getting the AC outside unit to turn on, but management promptly arrived and checked it out and it ran fine afterwards. It would have been nice to sleep overnight some cool evenings with the windows open, but the windows were difficult to open, so we had to rely on the AC.
  
  The house description was accurate, but note that the BBQ is actually a gas heated grill plate and not a grate. We enjoyed the large TVs which included DVR cable service.

  The location was excellent and the house was in excellent shape. Being well furnished with lots of room. We used 4 different pools during our stay and were quite convenient. As we have renting houses in the villages for a number of years this was the first that had family photos displayed throughout the house which we found unusual. We found food left behind in the cupboards that we had never experienced before,

  First time in a rental that was also the owner's retreat. Too many personal belongings in the property. Closets and cupboards jammed full. Took hours to make room for our things. Repairs needed on garbage disposal, golf cart and 1 toilet..taken care of by rental agency. Furnished bird cage was a plus. Convenient location to rec centers and pools.

  We had a very good experience. Villa was nice and fully loaded with necessities. Our only issue was the golf carts. The EZ GO had a note on the steering wheel that said the batteries were not charging properly and the was a rattle in the back so we did not use it. The Yamaha developed a problem with the coke and quit running all together the last few days. We called Jeanna on this issue.

  Overall it is a great property and location. One thing was no wash cloths, plenty of towels but no wash cloths. Property management was ok, had issues with getting a hold of somebody. Communication is not their strong suit but they do seem to take care of the property. Found quite a few dishes and pans with dried food left on them. The management company did apologize for not returning our calls in a timely manner.
