You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The Living room offers plenty of comfortable seating if your entertaining friends or family or just enjoying your favorite television shows on the 50" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, 32" flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and 32" flat screen TV for your guests to feel at home. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming enclosed lanai for all season use with comfortable seating for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities. 

This home comes complete with a 4 seater gas golf cart, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts'. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

  Wonderful location. Close to Brownwood and all support facilities. House was well maintained, had good quality furniture and decor, came equipped with everything necessary for housekeeping. Bed was comfortable. My only recommendation would be to add a safety bar in the shower.

  Location location location. This is a great place in a central location. There are some small challenges with the property but nothing that would prevent me from going back. Namely some property/golf cart issues that were not timely addressed. The couch is a problem lol.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great property.
  
  But, we do have three (3) negative comments >
  
  1. The king mattress is soft and has body imprints. In our opinion, it is time to be replaced.
  
  2. We reset and replaced all the clock batteries in the unit and found that several of clocks don't work.
  
  3. The 'living room' circuit breaker (top right breaker in the J-box in the garage) tripped. Not sure exactly which switch tripped the breaker. Believe that it is the switch for the outdoor patio light. When the light is turned on, it flutters and does not light up.

  It was a very nice location with easy access to both Morse and Buena Vista Blvds. The Patio Villa was obviously smaller than the house I had rented the previous year, but it was quite adequate for my wife and I, and even for our granddaughter when she visited. The golf cart that came with the house was exceptional.
