  This property had a great location, golf cart, and pergola. Well stocked kitchen and a bookcase filled with great books. Should have had pool towels and hair drier. Disappointed with the mattress in spare bedroom. Mattress sagged and when we turned it, found plywood underneath. Overall, a good experience except for the bed.

  Plenty of space for the two of us. Living room seating could use some updating for better comfort. Unit had everything we needed, including a golf cart. Location was convenient. Road noise could be distracting at times, but still enjoyed the outside pergola sitting area. Some of the finer points of cleaning were missed, but this may be common with a rental unit.

  I enjoyed my stay at the Rental. The kitchen was well equipped. I have a suggestion, however. What would have been helpful initially would have been an instruction manual especially for the tv operation. I wasn’t familiar with the set-up and would have appreciated knowing how to navigate the channels etc.Also a paper map of the area (where to buy groceries, gas station, churches, etc. instructions on how to navigate the golf cart paths, whether I was free to use the bikes.

  lot of time in the unit, because of the traffic noise I probably would not recommend it to a friend.

  Nice two bedroom, two bath house. Plenty of pots and pans. Location was fair. Property management company was excellent. Very professional. Had a small problem with dishwasher and they sent a Tech out to fix same day.
  No ESPN or FS1 on cable. It did have DVR which we liked.

  Lovely villa for two people plus our cat. So grateful owners are cat friendly. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, great internet service and sports package on DirecTV. Located near shopping area and pool. Well maintained and management company responsive to questions and requirements during our stay. We felt very safe during Hurricane Irma, never lost power due to great infrastructure in The Villages.
  Would come back for sure!
