  We chose this rental as our short term home while looking for our permanent home. It was a lovely home and very well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and having dinner most nights on the patio. It was also great having access to a golf cart to ride to Spanish Springs for live music and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood.

  Everything is just as pictured/advertised or better. I enjoyed the screened lanai very much as the padded swivel rockers and ottoman were so comfortable. We rented due to my son’s internship 10 miles away so it was the perfect safe location. We could not have been happier with this choice as our rental.
